Chem-Set 735-8 Sink Anchor Kit (8 Sets of Sink Mounting Hardware) contains undermount studs and sink clips, (also called anchor clips,) to mount sinks securely under any counter surface without drilling. With the use of our Chem-Set 633 Epoxy (for Natural Stones) or Chem-Set 605 Acrylic (for Solid Surface/Quartz) sink brackets securely adhere to the underside of your countertop to support your undermount sink.
Benefits:
- Easy to use with natural & engineered stone or any solid surface top
- No special glues are needed. The stud base glues to underside of the counter, using epoxy or another adhesive you currently use.
- The 1-1/2″ diameter stud base is designed to fit into tight areas.
- Easily install sinks using the included wing nuts, lock washers, and epoxy sink clips.
- Each undermount stud set contains eight sets of hardware.
Each Kit will Contain:
- (8) M1-RB38-1/4-20×0.75″ Studs
- (8) Z-Shaped Sink Clips
- (8) Wingnuts
- (8) Washers
Instructions:
- Remove the cap from the 633 Epoxy or 605 Acrylic Adhesive. Dispense a small amount of adhesive until the adhesive is flowing from both chambers of the container.
- 25ml Hand Syringe: Push the adhesive out in equal amounts in the provided mixing cup and mix thoroughly with mixing stick until the color is completely uniform.
- 50ml Cartridge: Place cartridge into a dispensing gun without attaching the mixing nozzle. Dispense a small amount until both sides dispense at the same time. Attach the mixing nozzle and dispense a 6-8” bead of adhesive on scrap material to purge the cartridge.
- Clean the area to be bonded and the glue-on fastener with alcohol. The surface must be clean and dry for good adhesion.
- Carefully apply 633 Epoxy or 605 Acrylic to the base of the glue-on fastener and set in the desired position on the underside of the countertop around the sink cut-out.
- Allow 45-60 minutes for adhesive to reach the proper handling strength.
- Note: Adhesive will continue to cure for up to 24 hours.
- Once the adhesive has reached handling strength, place the sink into position, mount the ‘Z’-shaped sink bracket onto the glue-on fastener, add the washer, then tighten with the wingnut.

Chem-Set 740K Sink & Dishwasher Anchor Kit (4 Sets of Hardware + 633 Epoxy Adhesive) contains everything needed for secure dishwasher or sink mounting under natural stone counters without drilling. The kit includes: undermount studs, sink clips, Chem-Set 633 Epoxy (suitable natural stone countertops,) dispensing gun, and mixing nozzles.

Instructions:
- Remove the cap from 633 Epoxy Adhesive. Dispense a small amount of adhesive until the adhesive is flowing from both chambers of the container.
