Chem-Set 742K Sink & Dishwasher Anchor Kit (4 Sets of Hardware + 25ml Hand Syringe 633 Epoxy Adhesive) includes all necessary sink mounting hardware for undermount sinks and dishwashers on granite and marble countertops without the need to drill holes. Each kit contains undermount studs, sink mounting brackets, Chem-Set 633 Epoxy, mixing cups, and mixing sticks.

Benefits:

• The kit is designed specifically for use with granite and marble countertops.
• No additional glues are needed. The stud base glues to the underside of the counter using the included epoxy.
• The 1-1/2″ diameter stud base is designed to fit into tight areas.
• Easily install sinks using the included wing nuts, lock washers and sink clips.
• Included in the kit is a 25ml Hand Syringe with 633 Epoxy, mixing sticks and mixing cups for multiple applications.
• Each Undermount Stud set includes four sets of sink mounting brackets/mounting hardware plus two extra sets of hardware for dishwasher installation.

Each Kit will Contain:

• (4) M1-RB38-1/4-20×0.75″ Studs
• (4) Z-Shaped Sink Clips
• (4) Wingnuts
• (4) Washers
• (2) F1CT Dishwasher Fasteners
• (1) 633 Epoxy, 25ml Hand Syringe
• (2) Mixing Stick
• (2) Mixing Cups

Instructions:

1. Remove the cap from the 633 Epoxy Adhesive. Dispense a small amount of adhesive until adhesive is flowing from both sides of the syringe.
   • 25ml Hand Syringe: Push adhesive out in equal amounts in provided mixing cup and mix thoroughly with mixing stick until the color is completely uniform.
2. Clean the area to be bonded and the glue-on fastener with alcohol. Surface must be clean and dry for good adhesion.
3. Carefully apply 633 Epoxy to the base of the glue-on fastener and set in the desired position on the underside of the countertop around the sink cut-out.
4. Allow 45-60 minutes for adhesive to reach the proper handling strength.
   • Note: Adhesive will continue to cure for up to 24 hours.
5. Once the adhesive has reached handling strength, place the sink into position, mount the ‘Z’-shaped sink bracket onto the glue-on fastener, add washer, then tighten with the wingnut.
